Math 204-Differential Equations
Course Description
Various types of first order differential equations and their applications. Linear equations of higher order. Systems of linear equations with constant coefficients, Power series methods for solving second order equations with polynomial coefficients. Fourier series, Fourier series for even and odd functions. Complex Fourier series, Fourier integrals.
Course Main Objective
The aim of this course is to introduce the following concepts:
1. The concepts Differentiation.
2. Methods of solving different types of differential equations.
3. Some applications of differential equations.
4. Applications of Fourier series and Fourier integrals.
