Syllabus:
The course deals with the study on the elements and tools of microbial biotechnology, efficiency of microbial strains used, traditional and modern microbial biotechnology products, ethics of genetic engineering. Practical applications include, Microscopy, Staining techniques, Culturing techniques and Identification of microorganisms, Methods of enumeration.
The practical program includes microscopy, staining techniques, culturing and identification of microorganisms, and methods of enumeration.
