تعالج هذه الدراسة جانباً مهماً من الجوانب الاجتماعية الأساسية في المجتمع، والذي يلعب دوراً رئيساً في تشكيل الركيزة الأساسية لثقافة الفرد والمجتمع على حد سواء، ولذلك فإن هذه الدراسة تركز على الحوار الأسري؛ لأنه من الملاحظ في عصرنا الحاضر زيادة الاهتمام به على كافة المستويات المحلية والعالمية. لذا فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على بعض العوامل الاجتماعية المؤثرة في الحوار الأسري من وجهة نظر طالبات جامعة الملك سعود في مدينة الرياض. فتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية:

• التعرف على بعض العوامل الاجتماعية المؤثرة في الحوار الأسري
• معرفة الأساليب المستخدمة في الحوار الأسري.
• معرفة خصائص الحوار الأسري.
• التعرف على معوقات الحوار الأسري.
• معرفة الفرق في بعض العوامل الاجتماعية المؤثرة في الحوار الأسري تبعاً لاختلاف المتغيرات الشخصية.

ونوع هذه الدراسة وصفية، واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة، واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على عينة من طالبات البكالوريوس بكلية الآداب في جامعة الملك سعود وبلغ عددها 319 طالبة، وهي عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 تمثل 11.25% تقريباً، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان أداة الدراسة لجمع البيانات عن عينة من طالبات كلية الآداب في جامعة الملك سعود. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
أظهرت النتائج أن تعليم الوالدين وعملهما من العوامل الاجتماعية التي تسهل التحاور معهما، وتبين أن الأسرة تظهر الاحترام، واستخدام الإقناع في الحوار، وتتراوح بين العاطفة والمرونة في المناقشة وتبادل الآراء. أما إدارة الحوار في الأسرة السعودية عن طريق الأم، ثم عن طريق الأب، ثم عن طريق الإخوة. أما خصائص الحوار الأسري تبين بأنه يسهم في بناء شخصية الأولاد، كذلك يتراوح  بين العقلانية والمنطق في الحوار لتناول القضايا الأسرية، بالإضافة إلى ذلك فأن هناك فرصاً متساوية للأولاد لإبداء وجهات نظرهم في الأسرة السعودية، وفيما يتعلق بمعوقات الحوار الأسري أظهرت النتائج أن الإناث يفتقدن الحوار مع الأب أكثر، ثم مع الإخوة الذكور، ثم مع الأم، وأخيراً مع الأخوات. وبينت الدراسة وجود فروق نحو الأساليب المستخدمة للحوار الأسري، وخصائص الحوار، ومعوقاته باختلاف متغير عمر الأم، كما  توجد فروق نحو معوقات الحوار الأسري باختلاف متغير تعليم الأم، وفي الوقت نفسه توجد فروق نحو معوقات الحوار الأسري باختلاف متغير تعليم الأب.

Abstract

This study deals with an important aspect of the social aspects and the core of society, which probably plays a major role in the formation of the basic foundation of the culture of the individual and society alike, and therefore, this study focuses on the dialogue of family because it is observed in our present increased interest in it at all levels of local and global. Therefore, this study aimed to identify some of the social factors influencing the social dialogue in the family from the view point of students of King Saud University in Riyadh. This study seeks to achieve the following objectives:

• Identify some of the factors influencing the social dialogue in the family.
•  Knowledge of the methods used in the dialogue of family.
•  Knowledge of the characteristics of the family dialogue.
•  Identify obstacles to dialogue family.
•  Find the difference in some of the factors influencing the social dialogue in the family depending on the different personal variables.

Type of study are descriptive and relied on social survey method through the sample, and included a community study on a sample of bachelor's students in College of Arts at King Saud University numbered 319 students and is at the level of 0.05 representing 11.25 % almost, the researcher used the questionnaire study tool to collect data on the sample of students in the Faculty of Arts at the University of King Saud.
The study found the following results:
The results showed that the education of parents and their work of social factors that facilitate the dialogue with them. Show that the family show respect and use persuasion in dialogue and Ranging between emotion and flexibility in the discussion and exchange of views, the management of dialogue in the Saudi family through, and then follows that dialogue by the father and then by the brothers .
The Properties dialogue box of family Show that contribute to building a personal sons, as well as between rationality and logic in dialogue to address family issues, in addition that there is equal opportunity for the children to express their views in the Saudi family. With regard to obstacles dialogue family, the results showed that the females lack of family dialogue starts with the father more, then the brothers, after that the mother, and finally the sisters.
The study showed the existence of differences about the methods used for the dialogue of family and the characteristics of dialogue and its obstacles depending on the variable age of the mother, while there are differences exist as obstacles to dialogue household depending on variable mother's education, as it is at the same time there are differences about obstacles to dialogue household depending on variable father's education.
