Research Summary
Evaluation of Physical Education Teacher
In Dammam, Saudi Arabia

The teacher is the axis and the main element in the
educational and educational process and needs to be evaluated
periodically and continuously for the advancement and
advancement of the educational system as a whole. This study was
conducted to evaluate the physical education teacher in Dammam,
Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive method of "field
survey method" which starts from studying and analyzing the
theoretical dimensions of the contents of the evaluation process of
physical education teacher. The sample of the study consisted of 51
teachers. Statistically - standard deviation - repetition - percentage -
relative importance - alpha-crossover coefficient). The researchers
also relied on the processing of some statistical results on the SPSS
statistical program. The most important conclusions were: The
teacher of physical education is concerned with the general
appearance of sports, the teacher of physical education has the
ability to develop the moral system of students, the development of
the emotional, behavioral and personal aspects of students, control
of the classroom, Parents and school administration, bearing the
administrative burdens assigned to it, and organizing sporting events
at school and outside, positive interaction with the actors involved
in sports activity.
