The design of Dick and Carey model
Dick and Carey model is a rigid and simple model. A clear explanation of Dick and Carey model components and the implementation of it are explained. Consideration of why it is an advanced model is mentioned. Besides, a critique with clarification of its strength and weaknesses of Dick and Carey model is provided. In addition, the theoretical model of Dick and Carey and why it is based on objectivist philosophy is explained. It is recommended that Dick and Carey model is used by novice designers. In fact, it has been used a lot in researches in order to design face to face courses or online courses.
