I did my Bachelors and Masters in Industrial Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University, India. Thereafter, I did M.Phil and Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University,India. Before joining King Saud University I had worked at Yonsei University, South Korea as a Post Doctoral Researcher and at Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia as a Senior Research Scientist. I am an Interfacial Chemist with research focused on development of advanced materials for energy and environmental applications. I am also working on waste management with utilization of agricultural, municipal, and domestic wastes for energy production and water remediation applications.
