Dr. Metab Saleh Alharbi | د. متعب بن صالح الحربي

Dr. Metab Alharbi graduated from King Saud University (KSU) with a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2011. After that, he joined King Abdullah Medical Research Center in 2011 as a Medical Technologist. In 2012, Dr. Metab became a teaching assistant in the department of Pharmacology & Toxicology in the college of Pharmacy at KSU. In 2019, Dr. Metab Graduated from USA with a PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and became an assistant professor in the department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, which he became later as the deputy of the department.

Dr. Metab worked for 6 months at the United States Pharmacopeia as an intern, where he was involved in working with the Healthcare Quality & Safety department on updating different guidelines and standards such as, 797 and & 800 standards. Also in the USP-NF Medication Safety & Labeling.

Dr. Metab was the Chairman of the founding committee of the Executive Master in Drug Regulatory Affairs, which is a part of a joint program between KSU and the Saudi food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Dr. Metab was also involved in establishing the Regulatory Affairs simulation lab which was in partnership between KSU and SFDA.
