I currently am a Doctoral (DrPH) student at the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. My research interests include organizational behavior/structure in healthcare facilities, transformational leadership, structural empowerment, Improving healthcare working environments, and issues in resource allocation. I am also interested in public health surveillance and health intellegence monitoring.

I received my Masters in Public Health (MPH)  concentering in Healthcare Leadership and Management from The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2015. My graduate capstone explored the readiness of a university hospital in Saudi Arabia for the Magnet Program. I received my MBBS (MD) from King Saud University in 2011.
