Dr. Hany M. Yehia is a lecturer at Food Microbiology and Food Biotechnology, College of Food Science and Agriculture Science, Saudi Arabia & Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt. He obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc. in Agricultural Microbiology from Ain Shams University since 1992 and 1998 respectively. His Ph.D obtained from Cairo University-Egypt & Heinrich Heine University-Germany since 2007. His research interests are in the area of Food Microbiology, Food Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Virulent Factors of Foodborne pathogen Diseases.
