Dr. Hanan Abdullah Alkorashy serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Nursing Administration and Education, College of Nursing, King Saud University, Riyadh. She teaches in undergraduate and graduate programs and leads initiatives that advance nursing leadership, management competencies, and evidence-based education. Her research spans nursing leadership, workforce retention, quality of work life, emotional intelligence, risk management, and innovation in teaching and learning.
An active scholar and supervisor, Dr. Alkorashy has guided numerous master’s and doctoral students and published widely in peer-reviewed international journals. She contributes to institutional quality-assurance processes and national transformation projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, supporting excellence in nursing education and healthcare delivery.
