Application of decision-making to nursing practice

       This course provides a chance for the student to understand and improve the decision-making skills and process. Understanding decision- making involves examining how decision makers think about different problems and/or contingencies, how decisions are made, and the way to use different models to deal with each type of decisions.
 
       Quantitative and psychological strategies will be applied on different situations. Group decision-making versus individual ones will be analyzed on an ethical basis, and its in clinical situations are the target for accomplishing the aims of this course.
