Strength training and physical conditioning

Applying training principles as a basis for correct, safe and effective physical preparation and strengthening exercises for players, their connection with anatomy and understanding their mechanical and physiological mechanism of action, with familiarity with the types and methods of strengthening exercises and physical preparation, taking into account the correct positions and methods of performing exercises for different parts of the body. This course also seeks to familiarize the student with the types of devices and tools that the trainer may need in this field.
