Biological databases emerged as a response to the huge data generated by different applications of DNA sequencing technologies. There were a collection of all available protein and DNA sequences that contain full information about biological projects that covered many aspects such as, Sequence analysis, Genomics, functional genomics, New genes, corrections that made on the gene annotations. The data stored in different biological databases was organized for optimal analysis and identify whether database should report the information as it is published or to provide the best reviewed data on the topic.
