This is the course of ADVANCED GENETICS, it contains two credit units, 1 lecture and 1 lab.

The chemical and structural composition of the genetic material – DNA replication and gene expression – Transformation, conjugation and Transduction - Plasmids and gene vectors – Recombination and gene manipulation – Restriction enzymes– Mutation and Genetic maps- Transposable elements
