Publication Abstract

This study is a master thesis on the role of training methods in achieving training objectives field study on the Institute of Public Administration, the research problem focuses on the evaluation of the role of training methods used in training programs in the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia from several axes in order to identify the extent of their contribution to achieving the objectives Planned training activity. This study aims to identify the impact of some variables on the choice of training methods such as training objectives and the content of the training material and to identify some of the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of training methods, and to identify the capabilities of scientific trainers and their role in the delivery of training material to the trainees. The researcher followed the descriptive and field approaches.
