الأصول العربية في لغة الصحافة التركية وأثر ذلك على تعليم اللغة العربية للأتراك

الملخص
يتمتع الوطن العربي بموقع جغرافي ممتاز، حيث يمثل حلقة الوصل بين قارات العالم الست، ويمتاز بموارده الغنية وحضارته الأصيلة مما جعله مطمعا للدول الاستعمارية منذ العصر الجاهلي حتى يومنا هذا ومن ثم فقد اختلطت الدماء وتلاحمت اللغات وعربت مئات الكلمات. تعد اللغة العربية من أهم اللغات السامية ومن أقدم لغات العالم ، ولم تخرج في جاهليتها من شبه الجزيرة العربية، ولم يتكلم العرب بغير لغتهم ، ولا كتبوا بغير ألف بائهم طيلة تاريخهم ولهذا فقد حافظت اللغة العربية على كيانها وأصالتها.
لقد تسربت مفردات كثيرة من العربية إلى اللغات الأخرى عقب نزول الوحي. لذلك نجد آلاف الكلمات العربية قد تسربت إلى اللغات: التركية والفارسية والأوردية إضافة إلى الإسبانية والبرتغالية والإفريقية والهندية والمجرية وغيرها من اللغات.
سنتناول في هذا البحث تأثير اللغة العربية في اللغة التركية من خلال رصد المفردات العربية في الصحف اليومية وخاصة ما يتعلق بالمقالات السياسية حيث أتيحت الفرصة للباحث أن يعيش زمنا طويلا في تركيا دارسا للماجستير والدكتوراة ومدرسا للغة العربية للطلاب لأتراك وقد عايش بنفسه تلك التأثيرات اللغوية.
- يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار ما للغة العربية من تأثيرات مباشرة على اللغة التركية المستخدمة في الصحف اليومية الصادرة في تركيا مثل جرائد: Zaman- Türkiye- Milli Gazete- Millyet- Net Gazetesi- Cumhüriyet. كما يتناول بالدراسة تحليل المفردات ذات الأصل العربي الواردة في هذه الصحف وتحليلها في مستوياتها اللغوية المختلفة وتشمل "المستوى الصوتي، والمستوى الصرفي، والمستوى النحوي والمستوى الدلالي" مع عقد مقارنة بين القواعد التي تحكم صياغة العدد في كلتا اللغتين وتوضيح التشابه والاختلاف بهدف الاستفادة من هذا الكم الهائل من المفردات والجمل ذات الأصل العربي المستخدمة في اللغة التركية في تدريس اللغة العربية للأتراك من خلال:
- تحديد طريقة التدريس التي تناسب الطلاب الأتراك بالتركيز على الجوانب الصوتية والصرفية والنحوية والدلالية التي تصعب على الطلاب-بسبب الاختلافات في هذه الجوانب-بين اللغة الأم واللغة العربية.
- إعداد المواد الدراسية المناسبة للطلاب الأتراك.
- إفادة معلمي اللغة العربية في مدى تحقق الأهداف التعليمية للطلاب.
- تحقيق الفائدة للعاملين في مجال الترجمة بين اللغتين العربية والتركية من خلال إظهار أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين اللغتين ليتمكن المترجم من الإحاطة بجوانب النص المراد ترجمته إحاطة شاملة دقيقة، لا تستوعب المستوى النحوي المفرداتي فحسب بل تتعداه إلى مستوى الخطاب ونوعه وظروفه الموضوعية.

Abstract
Arab World have an excellent geographical location, as it represents a link between the six continents of the world, rich in natural resources and the advantage of his or her own authentic and making him the coveted colonial countries since the pre-Islamic era to the present day and then was mixed with blood and coalesced Arabized languages and hundreds of words. Arabic is the main language of Semitic languages is the oldest languages of the world, did not come out in pre-Islamic era of the Arabian Peninsula, the Arabs did not speak anything but their own language, and wrote without their own letters throughout their history and the Arabic language has maintained its integrity and authenticity.
Many vocabularies have been leaked from Arabic into other languages after the revelation. Therefore, we find thousands of Arabic words had been leaked to other languages such as Turkish, Persian and Urdu in addition to Spanish, Portuguese, African, Indian, Hungarian and other languages.
This research aims to show what the Arab yields of the direct effects on the Turkish language used in the daily newspapers in Turkey, such as newspapers: Net - Millyet - Milli Gazette - Turkiye- Zaman Cumhuriyet - Gazetesi. It also deals with the study of Arabic contained in these newspapers and analyzed in different linguistic levels include "voice level, the level of morphological, level grammar and semantic level" with a comparison between the rules governing the drafting of the number control in both languages and to clarify the similarities and differences in order to take advantage of this huge number of vocabulary and sentences of Arab origin used in the Turkish language in the teaching of the Arabic language to the Turks through:
• Identify the teaching method that suits the Turkish students to focus on the acoustic aspects, syntactic and semantic which are difficult for students because of the differences in these areas between the mother tongue language and Arabic language.
• Prepare appropriate subjects for Turkish students.
• Helping Arabic language teachers in the achievement of educational goals for students.
• Achieve the benefit of workers in the field of translation between Arabic and Turkish languages by showing the similarities and differences between the two languages to be able interpreter of the briefing aspects of the text to be translated comprehensive briefing minutes, do not absorb grammar level Vocab but extends to the level of discourse and the kind and conditions of objectivity.
