Water and Wastewater Laboratory

Laboratory experiments related to water and wastewater quality and quality control test. Understanding the technical aspects of environmental testing. Understanding drinking water standards, wastewater reuse and disposal criteria. Experiments covered in this course include measurements of pH, alkalinity, total hardness, biological oxygen demand, total and fecal coliform, chlorine demand and residual chlorine, ammonia-nitrogen, and total phosphorus.
