يغطى هذا المقرر التقنيات والعمليات والابتكارات الخاصة والناشئة في أي مجال من مجالات علوم وتكنولوجيا الأغذية، وسوف يمنح الطلاب مواضيع محدد كل أسبوع ، ويقوم الطلاب بعمل عرض تقديمي شفهي امام أعضاء هيئة التدريس

This course covers the techniques, processes, and emerging innovations in various fields of food science and technology. Students will be assigned specific topics each week and will deliver an oral presentation in front of the faculty members.
