Dr. Sarah Alhozaimy is a distinguished Assistant Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at King Saud University. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from George Mason University, United States, and her M.Sc. in Advanced Computer Science from The University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Computer Networks and Systems Lab (CNSLab@Mason) and is affiliated with multiple research groups and associations, specializing in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. She brings deep expertise in adaptive cyber defense and hybrid resilience, having led multiple award-winning innovation projects, built strategic partnerships, and applied AI and cybersecurity techniques to develop dynamic, resilient, and sustainable defense solutions capable of learning to detect and respond to cyberattacks, identify and mitigate weaknesses, and continuously self-improve over time.
