Pharmacy Law and Ethics (PHCL 437)
An understanding of the laws, regulations, and the ethical responsibilities gives pharmacists the tools to meaningfully participate in providing comprehensive patient specific pharmaceutical care. In this course we will discuss the Saudi laws that impact the practice of pharmacy as well as the legal and ethical principles needed by pharmacists in their daily decision-making.
This course is offered to 4th year pharmacy students. It has 2 credit hours lecture per week. The course is completed in one semester; which is approximately of 14 weeks duration.
