Dr. Sabiha Fatima is an internationally recognized biomedical scientist and senior academic leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, translational research, and industry. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research and completed a prestigious DAAD fellowship at Charité, Humboldt University, Berlin. Currently an Associate Professor at King Saud University, Dr. Fatima has established a strong global research profile in cancer biology, nanotechnology, molecular toxicology, and oxidative stress, with over 80 peer-reviewed publications and numerous citations, including references in international patents and policy documents by the CDC and EFSA. She has secured competitive national funding, including the RDIA Basic Science Grant aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, and has been recognized with awards such as the Asian Universities Alliance Scholar Award and Elsevier’s Certificate of Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing. As a committed academic leader, she has supervised multiple postgraduate students, contributed to institutional accreditation, and actively collaborates with leading global institutions to advance biomedical research and innovation.
