Shahad AlHarbi is a Teaching
Assistant in the department of Software Engineering, College of Computer and Information Sciences at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She is currently studying a software Engineering for her MSc degree at Queen Mary University of London, London, England, U.K. She got a bachelor degree of Information Technology, College of Computer and Information Sciences, from King Saud University in 2011. Ms AlHarbi got an ITIL certificate for Service Management in 2012 while working as a System Analyst in SADAD Payment System, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
