550 BCH Molecular Biology of Gene

The course is designed for Master students in Biochemistry and is divided into three modules: 4 weeks per module are taught by instructors.
Specific molecular techniques used to analyze particular biological and cellular events are described with special emphasis to structure of genes and their regulatory sequences. A research paper topic will be assigned to be presented by the student.
