Khan obtained the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan in 2004. He also holds the M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering (Power) from N-W.F.P University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan in 1997 and 1993, respectively. Since 2005, he is working at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Khan has published many research papers in the international journals/conferences. He received many international awards at different forums in different countries like Japan, Korea, Australia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, etc. He also obtained two Gold Medals.
