I have worked as a post-doctoral researcher in two different stipends offered from Nagoya University- Japan and Bremen University- Germany. I also joined several training courses namely; “Ferrous metallurgy and applications” in RWTH Aachen University- Germany and “Ceramics technology and applications”- Nagoya Fine Ceramics Centre- Nagoya- Japan. The research interests are in the fields of Severe Plastic Deformation Processes- Thermal Spray Coating/ Surface Modification – Materials Characterization using Non-Destructive Testing - Arc Signal Analysis- Repair welding of low weldability metals. In addition to long years of teaching of various courses related to manufacturing processes and materials science. In addition, there is also large industrial experience working as a consultant for cement, petrochemical, steel and ship building industries all of which were served in the field of welding processes, repair and technology, training and certification as well as Non-Destructive Testing, Materials Testing and Failure Analysis.
