  • Successfully completed a study a thermal analysis of a die cast channel plate for automatic transmission to benefit General Motors (GM) Corporation.
  • Successfully modeled and predicted the failure and the thermal fatigue life of a die set for DCD Technologies, Inc.  As a result, a comprehensive solution method was developed and recommended.
  • Successfully conducted a structural analysis (using engineering mechanics and FEA) of two die casting machine designs for IdraPrince, Inc.
  • Successfully conducted a research on Crack Propagation under thermal fatigue in nickel based super for the Copper Development Association (DCA).
