Hamdan is an assistant professor at King Saud University, College of Education, Educational Technology Department. In 2019, Hamdan received his Ph.D. in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. Hamdan has more than 12 years of experience in learning and instructional design and technology, and e-learning and distance learning. He works on several duties including teaching, research, and college administration. His research focuses on teaching e-learning, learning strategies, personalization, and AI in education. Best Research Paper Award in AERA 2020. Hamdan serve as a consultant for several governmental and privet educational institutions.
