This course aims to clarify the basic principles for managing of the staffing process from job analysis, manpower planning and recruitment, to selection and appointment .
Aims to provide students the necessary knowledge about some subjects such as: Management of meetings, time management, report writing skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, and other skills.
The objective of this course is Develop insight into the theories and concepts associated with effective HRM staffing. Providing students with knowledge of the basic principles of strategic planning for human resources, as part of an organization's comprehensive planning.
