An experienced Assistant Professor of clinical pharmacy with a demonstrated history of working in hospitals. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy degree in pharmacy from the University of Newcastle in Australia and a MSc. degree in Clinical Pharmacy from KSU.
My research interests include:
- The discovery of novel biomarkers (diagnostic markers) for cardio-metabolic diseases, to support the development of innovative therapies and the maintenance of well-being and health.
- Metabolic diseases (Type 2 diabetes) prevention and management.
- Clinical Nutrition and Nutraceuticals.
- Gut-brain, gut-heart, gut-pancreas, and gut-kidney interconnections.
