As an Information Technology (IT) professional with more than 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical support, and educational technology. Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide range of technology projects, including the deployment and maintenance of computer systems, Windows operating systems, enterprise software, smart classrooms, and digital learning environments.

My professional experience includes managing IT infrastructure, installing and upgrading computer hardware, implementing E-Podium systems, deploying Windows 11, integrating interactive technologies such as HUAWEI IdeaHub and providing technical solutions that improve teaching, learning, and organizational efficiency. I enjoy solving complex technical challenges and helping organizations adopt innovative technologies.

Beside my professional work, I have published several journal articles and research papers in the field of Information Technology. My research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and other emerging technologies.
