This intermediate level English for Academic Purposes course focuses on the advancement of the productive and receptive skills while fostering an appreciation of the language areas required for academic study. Cultivation of study skills and autonomous learning are integrated and form an integral part of the course. Students are exposed to a variety of authentic texts with an aim of developing effective language strategies and advancing the four language skills for greater communicative language competence.
