Academic Qualifications: Ph.D. (Nanoscience), Department of Physics, University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany (2006); M.Sc. with thesis in Experimental Physics, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh (1996); B.Sc. with honours in Physics, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh (1995).​
Research Interests: 

§ Electronic bulk and interface properties of organic, inorganic, and biological materials using various Scanning Probe Microscopy techniques (SPM), such as, STM, AFM, EFM.

§  Graphene based dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), Organic Photovoltaics (OPVs) and Photodetectors (PDs).
§  Cell-surface distribution of chemotherapy drugs (CDs).
