Methods of Fitness Instruction (EP 321)

This course is designed to help students to understand the important of the methods of fitness instructions for group exercise as well as for personal training. It considers the principles of training. In addition, this course aims to enhance students' ability of evaluating participants' performance. The course confirms the importance of vocation ethics, rules and regulations as well as to take into account safety and security factors.
