Mansour Almuqbil is Associate professor of pharmacoepidemiology and medication safety. He is currently the dean of the pharmacy college at Almaarefa university. Before that, he was working as vice dean for educational and academic affair in college of pharmacy, king Saud University.
Dr. Almuqbil is a member of many scientific societies and committees such as International society of pharmacoepidemiology, International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research, and a member of gulf chapter of ISPE. He is member of Saudi pharmacist licensure examination committee, member of Health Science committee, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and board member in Saudi Association of Health Professional Education. He is also as associate editor in Saudi pharmaceutical journal.
Dr. Almuqbil served as a pharmacist in Security forces hospital in Riyadh from 2005 to 2007, and from 2013 to 2016 he worked as research Assistant in Nova southeastern university in Florida. Dr. Almuqbil received his bachelor Degree in pharmaceutical science in 2005, his PharmD in 2011 and his Ph.D in 2016 from USA
His current research interest are focuses in pharmacoepidemiology with particular emphasis in chronic diseases, ADE reporting, and community pharmacy. Dr. Almuqbil is a reviewer in many journals such as pharmacoepidemiology and drug safety, and Saudi pharmaceutical journal.
