Cardiology - EMS 312

This course includes cardiovascular system anatomy, physiology, cardiac electrophysiology and pathophysiology. It covers the rationale of pharmacological agents used in the management of cardiovascular disorders. Also, analyse, interpret 12 lead ECG and implement a comprehensive treatment plan for such arrhythmias in the prehospital setting.  Lastly, demonstrate an understanding level of following the current trends and scientific updates in emergency cardiovascular care.
