With a focus on business management planning in the sports and recreational aspects, the course will briefly address how to formulate business ideas, determine the legal framework of the organization, sources of funding, market assessment, develop a human resource management system, and establish a budget control system. It also provides students with an opportunity to apply theories, practical practices and skills and integrate them into the sporting environment.
