Biomechanics in Sports Activity (505 BMB)
Biomechanics is the science of the study of the general laws of motion and mechanical influence between bodies, and the term biomechanics has been in common use since the 1970s as the field of study concerned with the mechanical analysis of the motion of living bodies. Biomechanics is the science that studies the relative motion of bodies, investigating their components and various forms, as well as their relative static. Biomechanics means that it is the study of kinetic behavior in light of general physical laws and principles. In this sense, it relies on research methods in traditional physics and the methods and means it has reached in an attempt to apply what can be applied to the human body.
