(EP 321)Methods of Fitness Instruction
This course aims to familiarize the student with the most important methods recommended in physical fitness exercises for groups, as well as in cases of personal exercise for individuals; Familiarity with the latest methods of classifying and developing the components of physical fitness.
It also focuses on observing the basic principles of training, whether at the level of groups or individuals, with familiarity with the methods of evaluating and evaluating the performance of participants in order to improve their performance. The course also emphasizes the importance of observing the ethics of the profession and the relevant rules and regulations, in addition to taking into account the security and safety factors when providing physical fitness exercises to the participants.
