Orthopedic course curriculum focuses on the basic knowledge related to orthopedics. Fourth year medical students are required to study orthopedics. The primary aim is to teach medical students the fundamentals of orthopedics and build the necessary skills needed for optimal patients' evaluation, effective investigations, proper diagnosis and management. Moreover, practical part of orthopedics is emphasized in outpatient clinics, plaster room, emergency settings, operating theaters, etc.
