introduction/brief CV

Ghada Alsebayel is a Teaching Assistant at The College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University, and a PhD student at Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. She received her Msc. degree in Information Systems and BSc. in Information Technology from King Saud University. Her research interests include: Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Data Analytics, Games, and Personal Health. 

Ghada is passionate about Computer Science Education. In 2016, she co-founded and co-organized the first summer school for young girls in STEM at King Saud University, Awaalm (عوالم), which was well received and held annually between 2016 and 2018. 

Prior to joining King Saud University as a faculty member, Ghada spent a year at National Guard Health Affairs where she worked as a System Analyst for the department of Clinical Information Management Systems.
