Dr. Alfalah has a Ph.D. and M.Eng in Building Engineering from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada). Also, He has a B.Arch in Architecture and building science from King Saud University (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). He has 10 years of professional experience working in the construction industry and in academic posts both in Saudi Arabia and Canada. Dr. Alfalah specializes in Architecture, Facility Management & Human Behavior Studies construction engineering and management. He joined King Saud University in 2009. His research is focused on facility management, humane behavior, scheduling, life cycle cost (LCC) analysis, budget allocation, and risk assessment for buildings.
