introduction/brief CV

Welcome to my website. I hope that you to find some thing usefull.

areas of expertise

I got my PhD degree in “Instabilities of Semiconductor Lasers” from Wales University (Cardiff), UK. my research expertise and interests include the fabrication and characterization of photonics devices including LEDs, LASERs, and Solar Cells. I work on the physical properties of new photovoltaic and lasing materials.
