ACCT 616 : Contemporary Issues in Financial Accounting
This course covers a variety of contemporary issues in financial accounting, and provides a rigorous review and critical analysis of the theory and methodology underlying empirical research in financial accounting.
The objective of this subject is to enhance the doctoral student’s knowledge and understanding of the ongoing and emerging issues in financial accounting, and to provide them with the necessary skills and abilities of critical thinking, critical evaluation, and problem-solving aptitude regarding those issues.
