I am Faisal Alharbi, and I work as an assistant professor of Applied Linguistics in the Department of Arabic as a Second Language at the College of Language Sciences at King Saud University.
I received my Ph.D. degree in applied linguistics from Ball State University. I also hold two master’s degrees in applied linguistics from Texas Tech University and in Arabic language and literature from King Saud University.
My research focuses on teaching Arabic as a Second Language, computer-assisted language learning, Interlanguage Pragmatics, and Pragmatics Instruction.
