Professor Alan Crozier has been a Thomson-Reuters/Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researchers since 2014. He obtained a BSc in Botany at the University of Durham and a PhD in plant biochemistry at Bedford College, University of London. After working in Canada and New Zealand he move to the University of Glasgow where he became Professor of Plant Biochemistry and Human Nutrition. In 2014 he moved to the Department of Nutrition at the University of California, Davis. He is currently a Fellow of the Distinguished Scientist Fellowship Program at King Saud University and holds honorary appointments at the University of California and the University of Glasgow. He also has an honorary degree from the University of Montpellier.
