This course focuses on exploring key concepts and terminology in thermodynamics, including work and heat, the Zeroth Law, the First Law, and thermochemistry. It also covers the Second and Third Laws of thermodynamics, free energy, partial molar quantities, and chemical potential. Additional topics include the mixing of ideal and real solutions, chemical and physical equilibria, and an introduction to statistical thermodynamics.
