Ahmad S Almogren

Bio:

Currently, Almogren works as the director of the cybersecurity chair and a professor of computer science at the college of computer and information sciences-King Saud University.

He holds a master degree in computer science, a second master in software engineering and a doctorate in computer science in which all degrees obtained from Southern Methodist University in the United States.
He held many academic and administrative positions and worked as a consultant in many government agencies and the private sector. He chaired many scientific and academic committees specialized in the field of quality, national and international accreditation, strategic plans development, postgraduate studies and human resources.
He supervises a number of doctoral, master and bachelor students. He is the head of several editorial boards of international specialized journals and organizing committees for conferences inside and outside the country.
He has around 400 published research, including more than 250 published articles within high quality ISI-classified journals. He has several patents (USPTO and SAIP) and manages a number of funded projects.
