My teaching philosophy is rooted in my own educational journey and the belief that learning is a lifelong process. I emphasize critical thinking, foundational health knowledge, and a deep understanding of nutrition as essential for healthy living across all age groups. In my classes, I strive to make learning engaging and accessible by using diverse teaching methods that allow students with different learning styles to succeed.
