RHS 499 Orientation to Research Methodology

The aim of this course is to introduce students to the methods used in communication sciences 

and disorders research and provide them with a foundation in research methods at both a 

theoretical and a practical level. This includes performing e-library searches, learning research 

designs, reviewing and critiquing articles, applications to evidence based practice, collecting and 

analyzing data as well as writing a research paper
