IS498: IS Graduation Project I

At the end of the project I (IS498), students should be able to do the following:

• Understand the complex and interdisciplinary nature of real work.
• Demonstrate the ability to apply information systems concepts and techniques.
• Define the importance of research, planning, and evaluation in productive work.
• Be able to work with others appropriately on developing system analysis and design.
• Integrate information systems principles into a written technical document.
• Be able to manage their own time and work, modify and adjust planning and actions to complete the project, and overcome unforeseen obstacles.
